Like any other Programming language, Control Statements in Python are the statements which control or change the flow of execution of a program.
There are number of control statements available in Python, that decides the flow of execution :
1. if Statement
2. if … else Statement
3. if … elif … else statement
4. Looping statements
- while loop
- for loop
5. break statement
6. continue statement
7. pass statement
8. assert statement
9. return statement
