PROFILE : Power Programmer

PROGRAM : InfyTQ

PACKAGE : 8 lakhs per annum

VERDICT : Accepted

After solving 2 complete questions and 4/15 test cases in third problem, i was invited for skype interview held on August. These interviews are problem-oriented which means that they basically analyze your problem solving skills. In my case, he initially asked me about my projects that i have worked on, my role in the project.  After this, he asked some random questions on python like :

1. Who developed Python ?

2. List the difference between list and tuple.

3. What are lambda functions ?

4. Write a lambda function to print square of a number.

Now to test my problem solving skills, he asked me some coding problems based on Data Structures

1. Write the program for traversal of Binary Search Tree.

2. Implement Stack & Queue.

3. You are given a file of words, your job is to find the most frequent used words.

4. Given a linked list find the reverse of a linked list in single traversal.

He asked me to code (and dry run) last 2 problems.

However, i was able solve all questions. Very next day, i was informed that i am selected.
