PROFILE : Power Programmer

PROGRAM : InfyTQ

PACKAGE : 8 lakhs per annum

VERDICT : Accepted

I solved 2 coding questions in InfyTQ upgrade test and hence was called for Power Programmer interview by Infosys Recruitment team. My Interview went for 45 minutes and it ran very smoothly.

He asked me some questions on my favorite programming language i.e Java. 

1. Is java an object oriented or object based programming language ?

2. What is the difference between C & Java ?

3. What is data abstraction. Explain with example.

4. How it is different from polymorphism ?

Answered all questions.

Now he shifted to dbms (as i mentioned it in my resume)

1. What are primary keys ?

2. Write a query for finding all data of an employee with second-most salary in a company.

3. Write a query for sorting all entries in a table by name.

Unable to answer the second one.

Now some web technology

1. Explain me the difference between html & html5.

2. What does ‘C’ means in CSS ?

3. Write a code for form validation ?

Answered all.

At last, to know my grip in data structure, he asked

Write a program to reverse a linked list.

Answered.

That’s all

Few days after, i got my results and i was selected !!
