PROFILE : System Engineer

We were informed by our college that very soon we are going to witness first round of InfyTQ. This was indeed a great opportunity for each one of us, to get placed in one of the best MNC’s in India- Infosys. 

So, we all started to prepare for this certification program all day night. And finally, that day came. We (me and my fellow friends) reached to our exam centre. 

We all know that if we want to crack this exam, we need to solve both coding problems or else we’ll miss the opportunity. 

Exam was having two sections – containing 20 MCQ’s and 2 hands on coding problems. 

MCQs were of moderate level covering all basic concepts of python, data structures, oops and database. 

I would rate coding problem as intermediate – they weren’t too easy nor too difficult. They were based on string manipulation and lists.  While in some papers, matrix based problems were also asked.

I passed all the testcases for both problems. And hence qualified the first round.

Next round was an HR interview, let me tell you if you are good at your communication skills, then this round will prove to be a cakewalk for you. 

HR guy asked some basic hr questions like my profile, interests, hobbies, my work preferences. He also asked my some facts about Infosys, suggest you to research same as well.

Result : Selected !!
