Hack with Infy Round 1 was having three problem statements which are needed to be solved within the time span of 3 hours. You can choose any of popular programming language in which you are most comfortable with. However, out of 3 you may encounter 1 easy, 1 medium and 1 hard level coding problem. Each question has a pre-determined score. A participant’s final score will depend on the number of test cases your code submission successfully passes.

If we carefully analyze the data of the last two years for this contest, then :
Students who were able to solve two or more questions were provided with Preplacement Interview Opportunity for Power Programmer Profile and Students who were able to solve one or more questions were provided with Preplacement Interview Opportunity for System Engineer Specialist Profile. This also depends on the difficulty level of the question(s) solved.
Top Sources suggests that last year approximately 300 students won the PPI Opportunity for Power Programmer Role and 2500-3000 students won the PPI Opportunity for System Engineer Specialist Role.
